Custom Orders & Client Responsibility
- All glass products are custom-made to the dimensions and specifications you provide.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your measurements and the suitability of the glass for your intended application.
- We do not provide compliance advice. You must ensure compliance with all relevant Australian Standards, including but not limited to AS1288.
- Once manufacturing begins, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded, unless required by law
Pricing & Payment
- Prices are displayed in AUD and may change without notice.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order via our secure checkout.
- We accept major credit cards, Afterpay, and other approved payment methods.
- We do not store credit card information.
Delivery
- Delivery is available throughout Australia.
- Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing lead times or freight delays.
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect goods within 48 hours and report any issues immediately.
- You are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and ready for unloading.
Returns & Warranty
- Returns are not accepted except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect or damage in transit.
- Products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence and order details
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for incorrect orders resulting from inaccurate measurements, product selection, or failure to meet regulatory standards.
- We are not responsible for consequential loss, lost profits, or site delays.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the products supplied.
Privacy
Your use of this website is subject to our Privacy Policy. We handle personal information in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
